​Well-SENSE wins 2020 Special Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation from Hart Energy

Well-SENSE has won a prestigious 2020 Special Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation by Hart Energy for its FLI technology. Hart Energy is a leading publisher of research, data and commentary on the global energy industry and their annual Meritorious Engineering Awards (MEAs) recognise businesses around the world for excellence and achievement in the upstream sector.

Hart Energy says: “The winning technologies address challenges that pose roadblocks to efficient operations. Winners of each category are products that provided monumental changes in their sectors and represented techniques and technologies that are most likely to improve [their category].”

This award follows a strong line-up of industry accolades for FLI, including winning the SPE Offshore Achievement Award for Emerging Technology in 2019, the ICoTA Intervention Technology Award in 2018 and the ICoTA Europe Innovation Award in 2017. Founder of Well-SENSE, Dan Purkis, has also been honoured with the Innovative Thinker Award from World Oil and the SPE Offshore Achievement Significant Contribution Award in 2016.
